Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund. Once your return request has been registered and approved, the item must be handed over to the carrier within 14 days.

We also offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. One exchange per order is free of charge. Any additional exchanges may be subject to shipping fees.

All returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please have your order number ready when submitting your request.

Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a secure link to our return portal. There, you can complete the return process, pay the applicable return shipping costs and generate your return label. After payment has been completed, the return label will automatically be sent to you by email.

Please note that the parcel must be handed over to the carrier within 14 days of the return label being issued. If the parcel is not shipped within this timeframe, the return request will be cancelled and the return can no longer be accepted.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 15 business days for it to be inspected and processed. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Customers remain responsible for returned items until they have been received by us. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
